Golden Dream recognizes that mutually beneficial relationships with its Manufacturing Partners are Vital to its success. Our team wish to conduct it business in a fair, professional and ethical manner.

Golden Dream will only work with manufacturing units, which have working conditions, employment practices which conform as minimum to local statutory requirements.

Ethical Guidelines

Golden Dream will not work with those factories who treat workers in an unfair or unjust manner particularly with regard to the exploitation of child labor, working under any form of duress, paying below minimum wages and by failing to provide a safe working environment.

Child Labor

Under no circumstances will Golden Dream be party to condone, or encourage the employment of minors (as defined by the local statutory regulations) in any manufacturing unit with which it is working.

Wages & Benefits

Employees must be remunerated fairly for all hours worked, at rates, which at least meet local Industrial standards

Health & Safety

Health & Safety standards must at least meet but preferably should exceed, labels required in local laws and regulations. Manufacturing partners who provide residential facilities for employees should ensure that the appropriate standards of Health and Safety apply which comply with statutory requirements.
